Balanced diet also prevents birth disorders in the infant, anemia in pregnancy, morning sickness, etc. Avoid eating junk food.

Do not ignore breathlessness in pregnancy, because you will be shocked

Shortness of breath is a normal thing especially in the third trimester of pregnancy and also happens in early pregnancy. Some women may have difficulty breathing from the first trimester of pregnancy.

It is normal if you are breathless when you are doing things like climbing the ladder, but if you have a respiratory disease like Asthma, then you may have to suffer due to this.

If you do not see any other symptoms with breathing then you do not have to worry and the baby is getting enough oxygen from placenta so there will be no harm to the baby. Taking deep breaths will give blood containing fetal oxygen.

In the second trimester, the amount of oxygen in the pregnant woman may be high because during this time the woman can breathe more. The fetus growing in the womb may suffer due to this, as it can cause breathlessness during this time. However, it can also happen due to some changes in the way the heart works.

Blood is rapidly start increasing while pregnancy. Due to this process, the heart may have to do more labor to carry blood to the body and placenta.

Pregnant women may have trouble breathing due to overwork of the heart.

In the third trimester of pregnancy, the baby’s head position can cause breathing problems or more difficulty. Your baby may feel pressure inside the ribs and on the diaphragm before the baby turns and moves to the pelvis, making breathing difficult.

According to the National Women’s Health Resource Center, during the 31st week and 34th week of pregnancy, this type of breathlessness occurs.

Boiled Egg

During the nine months of pregnancy, the body is working hard for the nutrition and development of the baby. During this time the body needs sufficient amount of protein which can be fulfill by eggs. This can meet the protein requirement of both mother and child.

However, eating half-boiled (half-boiled egg) or undercooked eggs poses a risk of salmonella. It is a type of bacterial infection that affects the intestines. It includes vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, fever, headache and blood in the stool.

How to Exercise

There is no better way than exercise to stay healthy and fit. Weight gain in pregnancy can also controlled with exercise. According to experts, both mother and baby are healthy and safe with regular exercise, but choosing the right exercise in pregnancy is very important.

Exercise Moderate Intelligence at least 150 minutes a week. Walk for a few minutes every day. Breathing exercise will also benefit, but avoid heavy lifting and hard exercises.

Follow Good Habits

A healthy lifestyle will have a direct impact on the child’s health. A pregnant woman should not consume tobacco, cigarettes, and alcohol. Drinking alcohol in pregnancy can cause alcohol from the mother’s blood vessels to reach the baby’s blood vessels, causing fetal alcohol syndrome.

This has caused by drinking alcohol continuously during the nine months of pregnancy. Cigarettes can affect oxygen and blood flow reaching the baby. So, it is better that you stay away from all these things during pregnancy.
